Art on Exhibit at the Progress Energy Art Gallery
This is titled "Spring Arrives." It was painted on location at Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. An artist reception will be held at the Progress Energy Art Gallery this Friday, March 2nd from 6 pm to 9 pm. Wine and cheese will be served and the event is open to the public.

| Oh my! It is 2012 and my last blog was in 2011. This is at the Dunedin Fine Art Center and is titled "Morning Light on Bayou Drive." A reception was also held in Dunedin but it was last Friday. I will try to do a better job of posting in 2012. |

Studio Waltz
No sales at the 19th Annual Studio Waltz but that is not new for most of us.......we keep on painting anyway because we love it! It was so windy this year none of us could even paint on location....I did a pencil sketch and wiped out the one painting I attempted. Wipe Outs happen a lot these days but that is OK. It is getting out with fellow artists and enjoying the day that really matters. As a friend says, KEEP ON PAINTING!
